As a third generation Nantucket native, I have a lifelong passion for the island. In the 1940s, my grandparents moved to the island from the Washington, D.C., area and brought with them their retail store, The Emporium. Soon thereafter, they opened Maury Real Estate, a brokerage that established my family's SO-year history in Nantucket real estate; this brokerage still operates today under new ownership.

Having worked in real estate on island since 2005, it was an honor to be approached in 2016 with the opportunity to purchase the island's longest standing real estate brokerage, Congdon & Coleman Real Estate. Today, I am the proud owner and principal broker of this historic agency, and my goal is to continue its prominent legacy established in 1931.

I get tremendous joy showing my clients the parts of Nantucket that keeps my heart and fam ily on this special island. With a history of property transfers dating back to the 1600s, Nantucket is unique from most real estate markets, and my zoning and permitting experience has offered the greatest value to my clients.

I love the sense of community Nantucket offers, and I have been a strong contributor to this community for many years.
