About Suzi
Suzi Spring is a year-round resident on Nantucket and a mother of two. She was the owner and operator of the iconic Nantucket Seafood market on Straight Wharf, establishing one of the best wholesale/retail markets on Nantucket, distributing seafood to restaurants both on and off the island. Suzi also taught in the Nantucket school system for nine years. Her family has had a presence on the island since the late 1800’s, when her great grandparents built their first house on Hulbert Avenue. Her great grandfather was the driving force behind floating the original Dreamland Theatre across the harbor to its present location on South Beach Street. She loves the smell of the salt air, the sound of the fog horn and has fond memories of picking beach plumbs as a child. Suzi's familiarity and extensive knowledge of the island is her impetus to success. She has had her real estate license since her early twenties and has dabbled in the business her entire adult life, but really began focusing on real estate sales and rentals full time in the mid 2000’s.
