Fresh out of college from graduate school at Clemson University, Ann Maury came to Nantucket 45 years ago and never left. Perhaps it's the beauty of the changing seasons or the numerous walking trails through conservation land that have kept her here while she raised three children and enjoyed a career in special education as a dyslexia therapist, but Ann has always had a passion for real estate, and dabbled in it for 30 years before coming on to the team at Congdon & Coleman full time. As Ann says, “I couldn’t be happier!” A highlight of Ann’s profession is touring island homes, from the classic sweep-out beach house to the spectacular estates with all the amenities, and with a daughter who serves as civil engineer, Ann has a finger on the pulse of the latest regulations in terms of building and design. Her favorite part of the job, however, is meeting new people from all walks of life who have one big thing in common, a love for the island she calls home.
